Role: SAP Program Manager Location: Remote Long Term ContractCurrent or Past client must be from Pharma Domain. Highlighted skills are must to have. Roles and Responsibilities: Client is looking for an SAP Program Manager to oversee the implementation of the manufacturing modules for the plant at Illinois. This implementation will be done on top of an existing (recently upgraded) S4/HANA v2022 system with embedded EWM and ATTP v3.0 which is live with our existing warehouse, distribution, track/trace and finance business (SD, MM, IM, FI-CO, EWM) and includes interfaces with TrueCommerce EDI, iContracts and EPCIS partners. Responsibilities: Manage teams across functional boundaries, both internal and external. This includes but is not limited to, 4 main India based consulting partners (S4/HANA, EWM, ATTP and CSV), internal and consulting IT support resources, Risings quality, finance, accounting, procurement sales and distribution business teams as well as the newly acquired manufacturing plant business teams. Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic plans, goals and objectives. Contribute to the production of program reports, materials, and content. This includes but is not limited to workstream and core team status reports, overall project/program status reports and Executive Steering Committee reports and content. Oversee program plans and tracking of progress and changes, align with all the workstream leads. Provide and communicate overall vision and direction for program. Develop and implement the required collaboration tools, artifacts and strategies required to manage communication with the geographically diverse team (e.g. Share Point lists/tools, Meeting Minutes, Meeting Recordings, PowerPoint and Excel Templates for status reports and task tracking, etc). Drive strategic roadmap both for product features, technology and overall business development. Assist in the management and supervision of program staff. Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Graduate's Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or information systems or equivalent experience. 8 10 years of experience in SAP program and project management with S/4 2 full SAP implementations in the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Devices Industry Experience with Computer System Validation and CFR Part 11 compliance Experience with Advanced Track and Trace (ATTP) modules or with serialization implementations a plus Functional knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance and distribution.
