| From: Parimala, Tetrahed [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello Hope you are doing good Role: Project Manager/Scrum Master Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Need Only USC, GC and EADs Job Description: Project Manager with hands-on experience supporting Agile projects in the IAM space who will: Collaborate and negotiate with business partners and vendors to understand requirement needs and resolve any gaps or risks/issues. Identify, communicate, and support resolution of technical, tactical, and operational project issues and risks. Prepare and deliver status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders. Communicate project plan, changes, direction, approach, and priorities based on changing business requirements, circumstances, new information and/or budget considerations to stakeholders. Facilitate project team and stakeholder meetings for the resolution of project related issues. Build and maintain relationships with team members, management, key stakeholders and/or external contacts (vendors, etc.) Lead project teams in identifying and managing risks, issues, dependencies. Qualifications: PMP Certification Advanced skill in project management to include establishing and leading project teams; managing timelines/deadlines/resources; ensuring successful project implementation Experience in IT resource allocation and management Significant experience working and participating in crossfunctional, multidimensional teams and projects Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals Significant experience in collaborating across organizational boundaries and building partnerships across various functions Significant experience in leading, guiding and coaching professional staff Advanced presentation skills to include polished executive presence Advanced knowledge of project lifecycles and development methodologies Advanced skill in MS Office Suite, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills Advanced skill in building strategic and execution focused plans and alliances with partner leadership Thanks & Regards, Parimala Technical Recruiter [email protected] Keywords: information technology green card microsoft Project Manager [email protected] |
