Identify testing scope and estimate the testing effort. Mobilize cross functional testing teams and develop allocation plans. End to end test coordination for Tech and LOB. Create Testing artifacts. Lead the testing effort and / or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Develop key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Act as the primary interface between the team and other groups including the vendor, developers, LOB, senior management, and support organizations for all activities and issues pertaining to the project. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Lead and develop testing strategies and scenarios for review with both project and business teams to ensure alignment with project delivery documentation. Experience with data mapping/migration testing required. Experience in projects that have complex data requirements. Experience implementing test automation strongly preferred. Experience working with technology and business partners. Data conversion planning, testing and execution is a highly desired. Test Automation fundamentals understanding.
