The Senior Project Manager work closely with business, technology, marketing, legal, and other partners to document desired outcomes (OKRs), identify activities required to achieve these outcomes, plan the resources, sequence activities, and manage execution against the agreed upon plan . Job Responsibilities: Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to internal clients. Analyze technology, resource needs, current constraints, potential risks, to plan and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions. Confer with business partners project specifications, required procedures, and change management tactics. Review and contracts and cost estimates for reasonability. Document and review project changes and implications to desired outcomes. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and visualization communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Expert ability to work independently and manage ones time. Expert leadership and influencing skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
