Position: Oracle EPM Solution Architect Location: Minneapolis Downtown, MN (Day 1 Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Role Description: About the role:We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead our IT Finance and R&D Enterprise Solution initiatives. The person will play a crucial role in designing and implementing comprehensive Oracle EPM and PPM (TBD) solutions to meet BSCs financial and planning needs. This professional is responsible for understanding business requirements, architecting solutions, and providing technical guidance throughout the implementation process. Candidate will need to be an innovative thinker, technically savvy, and a strategic problem-solver. The ideal candidate will have experience applying architecture concepts in an agile environment and have the ability to understand business challenges and recommend best practices. You will collaborate across multiple business (divisional/regional) partners, Finance Product Teams, R&D PMO, Enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams to meet business needs and deliver value. Your responsibilities include: Collaborate with R&D PMO, R&D Finance and Corp Finance teams and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to financial planning, analysis, reporting, and project portfolio management. Designing and implementing new systems, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing systems. Translate verbal requirements gathered in customer meetings into requirements documents, statements of work, and proposals. Develop high-level and detailed solution designs that align with the organizations financial and project management objectives. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the proposed solutions. Integrate new EPM and PPM systems with other enterprise systems such as SAP, Kronos, JIRA, Tableau, SuccessFactors etc. Design data models and architectures that facilitate accurate financial data collection, storage, and analysis. Ensure data quality and integrity. Assist in gathering requirements, discoveries, whiteboarding solutions, and product demos. Someone who will delivers assignment in accordance with agreed scope, time, financial and quality measures. Project Specific Skills: Experience in designing and developing solutions using the Oracle EPM suite of products including Oracle EPM cloud Data Management, Planning (EPBCS), Consolidation (FCCS) applications. Have a good understanding of EPM and PPM Application end to end workflow, batch schedules, data and metadata management, metadata loads, Automate, Security, data transformations to Inbound and Outbound (Upstream and Downstream) systems. Should be able to bring automation and new ideas and propose transformative solutions in the EPM and PPM environments. Architect with deep knowledge of PPM (Planisware) and project management methodology, to lead the transformation of our PPM process. Design and validate a complex EPM and PPM architecture and ensuring its successful implementation.
