Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Extensive experience (7 years) working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on incident and case management. Proficiency in JavaScript and demonstrated ability to develop custom scripts and applications within ServiceNow. Strong understanding of incident and case management processes, including best practices for optimization and automation. Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and other workflow automation tools.
