Role: Senior Automation Engineer Location: Kalamazoo, MI Duration: 12 months Visa: Only GC/USC Job Description A minimum of a bachelors degree in an Engineering or Scientific degree Strong data integrity, automation and validation experience. Experience with safety, GMPs, SDLC are paramount Cognex Vision Protool setprogramming (for equipment engineers) Programming Visual Basic PLC programming Validation and commissioning experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing Preferred: 5 years working with and programming automated equipment including vision technology5 5 years experience programming, designing, troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs 5 years with vision inspection software (any platform) Exposure to FDA regulated environments including validation experience Skills He is looking to augment his automation staff and needs persons to provide automation support. They must have validation experience and have experience or familiarity in the following: Delta V Foxboro Wonder ware platforms Rockwell RSLogix 5000 Factory Talk View Site Edition (SE) and Machine Edition (ME) Panel View Plus Plant PAX Siemens Simatic APT(Siemens 505 controller)* Moreover, he requires automation support to be able to successfully manage their projects. 60 percent of the systems he is responsible for run on Siemens 505 controllers.
