The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting and implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions using ForgeRock Identity Platform. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable IAM solutions for our clients. If you have a strong background in ForgeRock technologies and a passion for cybersecurity, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Architect end-to-end IAM solutions leveraging ForgeRock Identity Platform to meet client requirements and security standards. Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of ForgeRock components, including ForgeRock Directory Services, ForgeRock Identity Gateway, and ForgeRock Access Management. Integration: Integrate ForgeRock solutions with client applications, directories, and identity providers using industry-standard protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Customization: Customize ForgeRock components and workflows to align with client-specific use cases and business requirements. Security and Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS. Performance Optimization: Optimize ForgeRock deployments for performance, scalability, and high availability to meet SLAs and user demands. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ForgeRock deployments, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed. Documentation: Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation details to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintainability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. X years of experience in architecting and implementing IAM solutions, with a focus on ForgeRock Identity Platform. In-depth knowledge of ForgeRock products and components, including ForgeRock Directory Services, ForgeRock Access Management, and ForgeRock Identity Gateway. Experience with IAM protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, authentication methods, and access controls. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
