Strong business analysis and quality assurance expertise in Agile environments, including requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and Atlassian Suite proficiency. Position description: The Business Analyst/Quality Analyst to support the clients unemployment division with high profile modernization efforts. The client is committed to providing unemployment insurance for claimants and employment services for job seekers as well as providing re-employment services. The Business Analyst/Quality Analyst should be experienced and able to support high profile unemployment insurance modernization and decommissioning initiatives. Responsibilities: The Business/Quality Analyst will be part of a talented team that works on mission-critical applications using Agile methodologies. Projects include enhancements to the unemployment tax system and data warehouse/reporting systems. The Business Quality Analyst will have a blend of business analysis and testing expertise and is a leader and strong team contributor who is eager to learn and develop their craft as a software professional and will find great satisfaction in the patient pursuit of excellence. The Business Quality Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, facilitating requirements sessions with business stakeholders, and delivering quality assurance. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: Involvement in prior technology implementations Leading requirements gathering and validation with SMEs minimum 10 years of experienced. Requirements and Use Case documentation Testing system functionality against requirements and specifications with minimum 10 years of experienced. Identify and develop necessary test data with minimum 10 years of experienced. Create and execute test plan with minimum 10 years of experienced. Training staff on system functionality as developed Report on project progress Experience using Atlassian Suite Jira, Confluence, etc. Background in Finance/Accounting projects Excellent communication skills Thanks and Regards.
