Job Title:: Senior / Lead Business Analyst. Location:: Remote role but, must be local to Phoenix, AZ for occasional office days for the team. Duration:: 12+ Month Contract MOI:: Phone Video Interview Job Description PROJECT INFORMATION: - Shoud be very familiar working with web (digital applications- customer facing applications teams). This is a very fast-paced, high visibility environment supporting their Customer Zeal initiative. They are building enhancements to an existing customer-facing application. The Business Analyst must be able to manage and understand release management concepts, API integration, as well as cross-team planning and collaboration for dependencies. Candidate must be an exceptional communicator, as well as be able to take the lead and drive the teams work. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. Fully remote, with occasional visits to office for on-site collaboration 2. Project is expected to run to the end of 2024, and contract can be extended based on organizational need for 2025 and based on performance. 3. This is a newly forming team with a mix of internal team members from existing application teams, new contractors, and others. 4. Interview with existing senior BAs from the Digital team, and final round with Digital leadership (hiring manager). Two rounds max 5. MUST HAVE: Large scale initiatives, some technical experience, experience with collaboration across multiple teams, comfortable with aggressive timelines, experience with APIs, release management, and web development 6. Must have experience with Daily sprint ceremonies, directing the work for the team members, Story creation, sprint planning, project roadmap, liaison between business and technical team, point of contact for the team. MUST HAVE: Bachelors degree in business administration, computer engineering, information systems, finance, statistics, computer science or a related field or minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a business analyst capacity working with business systems related to systems support, analysis, or development Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis. Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification.
