Position: Workday HRIS Specialist
Availability: Immediately
Location: Remote

Client: MLS

Duration: 12mos+

Visa: No H1b (Great Comm skills)
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or related field
Workday BP (business processes) configurations required
Workday report designer / EIB file prep required, Workday studio integration a plus
Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Creation of Custom Reports
Security Administration
Configuration of Business Processes
Requirement Gathering
Integrations
Testing
EIBs
Design Documents
Troubleshooting
Calculated Fields
Dashboards
End User Training/Support
Required Skills

Experience with Workday technologies including Calculated Fields, custom reports, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Document Transformation (XML/XSLT/XPath), Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, Web Services, APIs.
Workday Developer Certification
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines
Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity
