| Hi, Please find job description below; USC/GC Only Job Title:: Workday Financials Lead Consultant Location:: Remote Duration:: 12-24 months Mode Of interview: virtual JD: Implementation project focused on deploying the Workday Accounting Center. Must have certification and previous experience with the financial sector. Only need candidates who are certified in Workday Accounting Center. Responsibilities: Collaborate with finance teams and business partners to define system requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within Workday Financials. Develop, maintain, and support Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Procurement, and Expenses. Create custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and dashboards to provide data insights and analysis to business leaders and finance teams. Provide end-user support for system-related inquiries and issues, including system access, security, and data management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of Workday Financials with other business applications. Participate in testing, upgrading, and implementing new system enhancements and functionality. Partner with external vendors to identify new technology solutions and integrations that support business requirements. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience configuring Workday Financials Management modules. Strong knowledge of Workday Core Financials, with additional experience in two of the following modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Procurement, or Expenses. Experience creating custom reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools. Solid understanding of Workday integrations, including data flow and troubleshooting. Experience working in a regulated environment with strict data privacy and security requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
