Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of customer workshops,conduct workshops and support facilitation of same Support and provide inputs for cutover, migration, testing, trainingrelated strategies. Prepare product backlog, ensure deviations from out of the boxfunctionality have sufficient business justification and positive valueproposition. Support larger project team during configuration, testing and validatingImportantReview & edit the JD shared by client. Refrain from publishing JD as is from client mail / job portalCustomize JD , make it simple & understandableRefrain from entering client name in the JDJD would be considered incomplete without RGS id & Billing rate/ Salary range & Pre Screening questionsInternal Use Only Page 2 of 2the solution built, with at least one experience with a big fourconsulting major. Engage with business users during requirement analysis, fit-gapanalysis, and solution design. Co-ordinate with business users and product owners during solutionacceptance with focus on sales processes and integration of same withmanufacturing, finance, procurement, supply chain Prior experience in driving process improvement projects Experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping/ timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swimlane diagrams, requirements (BRD) etc, UAT, change management etc. Strong communication and presentation skills, flexible, open workingstyle and an ability to establish trust and credibility quickly. Experience with working on Agile and waterfall project methodology. Has led efforts in Solutions design that is scalable, stable, and efficientwith a focus on customer / business voice.
