Managers Note - Agile office is made up of Ed and 6 Agile Coaches, responsible for driving Allianz Life's Agile Transformation. As they build this office, it sounds like they will be continuing to bring in Agile Coaches, so I would say now is a good time to pipeline for future needs. This is a true Consultative style Agile Coach position. They will be working at a high level on Enterprise Strategy along with being hands on with Teams and training them up to speed. Along with this comes Training and this team is also building out the Training per group, i.e. Training for Product Owners, Scrum Masters. Looking for seasoned Agile Coaches who have helped build out transformational efforts along with hands on through implementation of Agile. Looking for someone who has had multiple Agile positions, Agile Coach, RTE, SM, PO Looking for people who come from a highly regulated industry like financial services. Must be local, onsite 3x a week Contract to Hire Start Date: ASAP Location: Local candidates only - Candidate will be required to be onsite 3 days/week Since there is potential that this candidate would be converted to an employee in the future, I want to provide you with the Allianz Employee Salary Range for this position. Ed would like to convert someone between $135,000 - $145,000 annually. Bonus target is 15% of base salary. Agile Coach What you do: Promote and support the implementation of the Agile Strategy across teams and the organization. Provide training and guidance on Agile principles and best practices to Agile teams and leadership. Assist in forming new Agile teams by educating team members, establishing norms and guiding application of Agile methods in each team's unique environment. Collaborate with teams, product owners and key stakeholders to support successful completion of initiatives. A successful candidate will have background in: Train new and existing Agile teams on principles and best practices. Support the forma tion of new Agile teams through training, establishment of norms and coaching throughout projects. Iden tify new opportuni ties to implement Agile, and champion adoption efforts. Implement Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organization. Participate in the implementation of the Agile strategy and Key Performance Indicators. Collaborate with leaders to identify and resolve organization impediments impacting implementation of the strategy.
