BizTalk SME: Minimum/General Experience: 7 years of Biz Talk Experience Responsibilities: a) Gather the business and functional requirements.  b) Review and analyze the business and functional requirements and then translate them into technical requirements.  c) Verify these requirements with the CJCC and participating agencies.  d) Design a technical architecture based upon the technical requirements.  e) Review and analyze technical architecture design with CJCC and participating agencies.  f) Create required software, libraries, programs, and database objects required to implement technical requirements. Minimum Education: MS in Computer Science and related field.
