5+ years of experience in digital marketing and atleast 3 years of experience in Contentful

Experience in resolving tickets on Contentful technology such as fix content / asset related issues, add content types, entries, workflows, user management etc.

Experience in configuring integration of Contentful APIs with frontend, including GraphQL, and resolve any associated issues

Experience in configuring and resolving issues of Contentful apps such as Optimizely, Launch and Compose

Perform ticket analysis, resolution, manage knowledge articles etc.
