Should be an excellent team player and collaborator and strong ownership of customer issues. Plus: 5 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) 5+ years of experience in application support, incident/case handling, participation in on-call rotation, troubleshooting and admin activities in CRM.
