Job Description :

Skillset Requirements for the Role:

Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.

Experience in HR service delivery would be an added benefit.

Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to develop custom applications and working on ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, Orchestration, and other applications.

Good experience in ServiceNow implementations, designing complex workflows, write automated scripts.

Ability to perform API integrations within ServiceNow is preferred.

Working knowledge on Business Rules, Web Services, Access Control Rules, and Scripting.

Certification in ITIL / ServiceNow will be an added advantage.

Excellent verbal/written communication.

Attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills.

Experience:

Experience: 10+Years

Minimum 5+ years experience in development / implementation / configuration of ServiceNow ITSM solution.

Experience (Years):    10 & Above
