| From: sujata, Vyzeinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Service Delivery Manager / SME Location :Remote Role Long Term Contract Role Visa: CITIZEN,GC EAD,GREEN CARD,H1B,H4 EAD Service Provider's consultant will act as a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) / System Owner Delegate on several computerized systems within Client's Research & Development and IT Operations functions. The consultant will also serve as System Owner delegate and technical SME for those systems and assist Client IT Leads on an as-needed basis. Need 15+ year profile with strong pharma experience. Specific responsibilities include: Providing SDM / SME support for designated systems such as (but not limited to): ELN (Electronic Lab Notebooks) Empower SoftMax JMP LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) Specific activities include, but are not limited to: Coordination with the R&D line of Business Acting as System Owner delegate / SME in Quality records (Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs), system periodic reviews, qualification records (scripts, executions) and documentation (procedures, validation documentation) Coordinate activities with other IT teams (Server, Network, Platform etc.) Supervising and managing the application support teams and application management team (Accenture/Lab Tech) Continuous improvement of systems in scope (GxP compliance, processes, service) Involvement in major incident management (MIM), LMS Issues and escalations Contributing to knowledge management (KBAs) Involved in collaboration with systems vendors Aligning service window coverage Assessment and implementation of new lab technologies Collaborating with the Research & PDCS line of Business System Owner Delegate for shared systems When needed: Guiding the application support team in complex troubleshooting and investigations Participation in various projects as SME or System Owner delegate (e.g. system upgrades or transitions) Keywords: rlang information technology green card Urgent Hiring :Service Delivery Manager SME,remote [email protected] |
