Requirement: The CRM (Salesforce) Architect is responsible for the technical solution design, Salesforce applications, enhancements, extensions, and integration required to support the organizations CRM strategy. This person will work across business and technology units to ensure that reference architectures are solid, scalable and comply with enterprise architecture best practices and standards. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with full stack development, Salesforce development and possess the ability to see and articulate both high level and low-level design principles to senior leaders, engineers, and developers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical expertise with Salesforce, leading a team throughout the design and development of the Salesforce solution. Provide technical and architectural leadership for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com) Define technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection and determining technical approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design. Leading technical design sessions with the development teams, including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, component models, etc., and detailed design specifications for ensuring that architecture standards are follows. Applying research and development, prototyping, and vendor evaluations. Providing expert knowledge of mobile application architecture to business and technology teams and facilitating the collaborative development of the technology strategy, technology standards, roadmaps, and practices. Leading the development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes. Working with business clients and product owners to review business drivers, needs, and strategies to anticipate future business / technology needs. Communicating issues as well as opportunities to leadership and client stakeholders so that technology risks, costs and benefits can be evaluated. Defining and validating non-functional (technical) requirements and establishing traceability between requirements and application architecture/design. Providing input to the development of project initiation documents including objectives, scope, approach, estimates and deliverables, when needed. Provides industry expertise to shape the solution and optimize capabilities. Develop high quality design deliverables that clearly articulate the solution, and transition solution design to development team. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Report to Director of Sales, Service and Marketing CoE Indirect team leadership required for standards and best practices. QUALIFICATIONS: Education and/or Experience Typically, a bachelors degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.
