We will only consider candidates with a portfolio and Instructional Design preparation and experience at this point. Requirements: Proven experience in change management, preferably in large-scale organizational change initiatives. Ability to assess change impacts and risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Strong facilitation and coaching skills to support leaders and managers through change processes. Exceptional organizational and project management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple change initiatives. Ability to analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts. Familiarity with change management software or tools is a plus. Knowledge of NextEra Energy's operations and industry is a plus. Portfolios with Change Management plans and communication artifacts will be screened and first shortlisted for interviews.
