Both roles are Business Analyst roles to support Oracle HCM. We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of Oras HCM and possesses the following skillset: Strong knowledge in Oracle HCM and its configurations including Core HR, Compensation, ORC, Talent, ESS / MSS Ability to understand third party integrations at a high level Ability to partner with business users to own and deliver assigned work Desire to work on cross-functional teams Be a strong team player Ability to clearly document and articulate requirements Excellent communication skills These resources would be expected to be onshore and work during eastern time business hours.
