We are looking for H1 B candidates from Third-party Vendors Experience (Years): 10 & Above Competencies: Workforce Analytics, Workday Workforce Lifecycle, Organization and Absence Management Role Description: Minimum of 2+ years of functional experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and a minimum of 5+ years of total work experience Proficient in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of planning solutions Thorough knowledge of all Adaptive components, such as Modeling, Integrations, Access Rules, and Reporting Ability to implement integrated Workforce Planning solutions with Workday HCMo Responsible for creating and updating technical documentation Analyze, test, and communicate the impact of product feature releases Ability to investigate and resolve issues, acting as a liaison between users and Workday support Preferred experience in scripting Custom Cloud Data Sources (CCDS) and Custom Cloud Loaders (CCL) Bonus points for experience with Tableau, Multi-Instance structures, and Adaptive APIs. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.
