Interview Process: 1 hour video with manager and tech lead Former Cap 1 value: Preferred Business Unit/LOB: Card Tech Years experience: 12+ years Top Technologies/Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Rest API, Microservice, Graddle and AWS Team Structure: Team is junior. Have a senior person who is transitioning into a lead role. This person would be a senior advisor to the junior team members. Notes: Full stack team, but this person is only on the back-end activities. Java based with Spring Boot applications. Former C1 will help them get back up to speed. Working with different client customers. Remediating vulnerabilities. Any prior typescript, JS, angular, that would be ideal as they can work both front and back. All cloud is AWS. But if not, open to other cloud experience. Would like some though leadership. Part of Card Digital Tech. Own a series of front end facing client features. They need assistance on the back end.
