Title: SAP Project Manager Location: Cupertino, CA/ Austin, TX Job type: Contract Led projects in transformation for SAP S/4 Hana for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Enablement, Customer / Vendor / Material Master, Security and roles, etc. Experience in OCM and knowledge of document capture Ability to plan and execute training, communications, and OCM tasks to produce optimal results and increase standardization Ability to evaluate key performance indicators and recommend opportunities to elevate client satisfaction and deliverables Desirable Skills: Experience with Operations and various Supply Chain functions (Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Make to Deliver, Inventory management, Forecasting, and Reverse Logistics) Provide advisory and assessment services to customers for TCS in SLM journey of Apple and support RFP/ RFI or during pro-active engagements. Prior experience in driving process improvement projects Experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping /timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements (BRD) etc, UAT, change management etc. Strong communication and presentation skills, flexible, open working style and an ability to establish trust and credibility quickly.
