Must Haves: Linux/Unix scripting required (Advanced) Oracle PLSQL required (Advanced) SQL Data Mining using SQL Essbase/Hyperion The candidate needs to demonstrate sophisticated problem-solving, independent analysis, and decision-making skills. Have a strong understanding of finance processes & systems and communication and collaboration skills. Exhibiting a passion for quality, he/she will also need to be a self-motivated, high-energy individual who can easily work in an ever-changing & ambiguous environment. He/She needs the ability to communicate in an open and honest way, to quickly build trust and respect. Additionally, the jobholder will have critical knowledge of Finance processes and ERP and reporting systems and will be able to quickly learn new processes. The successful candidate must be able to communicate across multiple levels in a broad variety of circumstances to be effective. Interactions include: MDG, SFO, One Consolidation, Datalake and CFIN teams External partners Process and workstream leads on project initiatives Qualifications/Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance or IT Strong and varied Technical Skillset Including programming languages Linux/Unix scripting required (Advanced) Oracle PLSQL required (Advanced) SQL Data Mining using SQL Essbase/Hyperion Strong EXCEL skills FIS Experience Knowledge/Experience: 10+ years of business experience with a deep understanding of Finance processes and systems Demonstrate an understanding of how finance processes, internal and external reporting requirements, and systems affect an organization along with the ability to link it to redesigned business data structures.
