| From: Javed, Innowox [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Apttus CPQ BSA Location: Remote( Should able to work on PST time Zone) Duration: Long term Client - Box Remote Note only 13+ Exp profile will work Core Responsibilities: Provide production support and maintenance of Apptus tool through managed sprint releases (or any ad hoc production support) Engage with various stakeholder business groups to evaluate business needs, facilitate requirements gathering, and present design solutions Facilitate design, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of CPQ platform for Direct and Channel Sales teams by partnering with different functions such as Deal Desk, Channel Ops, Order Management, Pricing and Packaging, etc. Document functional design requirements and process flow diagrams in support of cross-functional designs. Conduct solution reviews with project team members prior to ensure solution is aligned with business requirements Triage and troubleshoot any issues that may arise for these environments as part of day-to-day business operations Requirements: Total 5+ years experience. Functional and hands-on configuration experience of Apttus CPQ including product, pricing, billing and approvals setups In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of Salesforce CRM and Apttus CPQ Knowledge of standard software development lifecycle Ability to create and debug custom records, workflows and scripts on these platforms Ability to triage incoming production support requests and facilitate resolution for production bug fixes and minor enhancement requests Ability to work with vendor Support as required to address system bugs, performance issues, and enhancement requests Ability to communicate with end-users (via email or phone) to support issue resolution Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex issues Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Thanks & Regards Javed Tamboli Recruitment Lead Innoworx consulting LLC Email : [email protected] Keywords: active directory Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (CPQ BSA) [email protected] |
