Perform as the primary technical liaison to the Business Units, internal and external IT groups in support of the Regulatory Compliance Technology systems. Create Solution Design Document for Compliance framework. Setting up of data flow across entities and geographies driven by core principles of data dimensions along with Data Quality and Lineage Assessments Contribute to business requirement gathering sessions through knowledge of Business needs, Product, and Implementation challenges. Ability to analyse capabilities of existing platforms, identify priority gaps and opportunities. Conduct Business Meetings, Business Interviews, Demo, POC with Stakeholders and 3rd party Product vendors. Create Assessment and Evaluation report with Product recommendation for client suitable customization. Create Roadmap for implementation with functional and non-functional measures. Drive Cross team collaboration across Technology, Testing, Support and Audit teams Contributing to Compliance Coe by working on Compliance product Accelerators, Release Management Process, Build Compliance Knowledge Repository Competencies: BFS : Risk Management, Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Experience (Years): 6-8 Essential Skills: Expertise in Building Global / Regional compliance ecosystems to incorporate different compliance products. Drive requirements and solutions with all stakeholders along with Prototyping, framework design, Development, implementation plan, software alignment, infrastructure, logistics, change controls and process governance. Strengths in Project activities include Product evaluation, Data architecture design, Infrastructure evaluation and setup (on-premises and cloud), Data and Gap Analysis, Development, Testing, User Training, Release Management, roll out plan, Tuning activities, Project Artifacts documentation, 3rd party Vendor collaboration, Client interactions (Business and Technology Owners) Strong experience in leading and managing Actimize AML /Fraud/ Trade Surveillance suite upgrade / platform migration /BAU projects. Experience in setting up regional partition of SMARTS product along with calibration activities. Experience in Lexis Nexis Bridger data configuration and setup Integrate and custom build quantitative and analytics reports. Strong working experience in Performance Tuning and Debugging using Oracle/SQL database objects and Unix commands.
