| From: vaishali, KPG99 [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: AZURE DATA ARCHITECT Location: Deerfield Beach, FL onsite 3 days per week Duration: 6+ months JM FAMILY DESCRIPTION The Azure Data Architect will have end-to-end vision to see how a logical design will translate into one or more physical Azure Databases, and how the Data will flow through the successive Stages involved. The incumbent will need to be able to address issues of Data Migration (Validation, Clean-up and Mapping), and will need to understand the importance of Data Dictionaries. Azure Data architect will be a hands-on role working in SQL administration activities, data integration, and data modeling. The data architect will be the primary accountable person for the design and delivery of the data solution for the business initiative. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Data Architect Extensive knowledge of SQL databases, Data modeling, Database Design and BI techniques. In depth hands on working experience with Azure SQL, Synapse and Data Pipelines to ingest data from Azure (such as SQL, ADLS Gen 2.0) and non-Azure sources to Synapse Hands on experience with optimizing and maintaining Azure SQL databases including Azure database deployment using CI/CD, Import/Export data, performance tuning, backup & restore, etc. In depth experience in SQL development using sprocs, functions, etc. In depth understanding of Azure Database Security Particularly Encryption, Obfuscation, Role based Access control, etc. Working knowledge of Azure Devops CI/CD pipelines to promote Synapse Databases and Data pipelines from non-production to production environments. Cloud: Heavily focused on Azure MUST HAVE TOOL STACK Relational DB: Azure SQL , Azure Synapse, ADLS Gen 2.0 Non-Relational: Cosmos Data Integration: Azure Data Factory ARCHITECTURE RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in Data Governance meeting to provide guidance and advocate how we can help the business be more successful, including participation with Data Management organizations to Define ownership, usage, security and quality for all data Works directly with Data Analysts, Solution Architects and Vendors to understand and validate requirements and translate business requirements into technical requirements and designs Develops strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database. Logical design of Databases, Data Warehouses and Multidimensional Databases including data flows, conception model and logical models Serving as a consulting resource for Delivery and Support Creating strategy and recommendations on a companys future data and tech policies Collaborating with other team members to build the ideal database, data integration and business intelligence infrastructure and platforms Establish Data Architecture Design Patterns and best practices Forward thinking on new technologies and patterns Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment business intelligence database Florida Position: AZURE DATA ARCHITECT in Deerfield Beach, FL onsite 3 days per week [email protected] |
