Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting and supporting existing SAP Applications. Proactively identify and communicate potential problems and issues to Applications team. Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to configure Integrations. Responsible for establishing best practices in services development, integration of applications and govern detailed designs generated by the vendors. Nice to Have 7+ years experience with SAP Applications (S/4, BPC, GRC, SOLMAN, BRIM, PO/SLD) 2+ years of experience in SAP BRIM Application Components. Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for environmental issues as they arise Prepare and deliver technical documentation as required. Strong understanding of SAP Basis functions. Provide administration and operations of the SAP Applications Ensure issues are analyzed discussed and resolved in a timely manner. Identify and perform the daily production administration tasks. Utilize the Dashboards to monitor processes SAP Transport management and Deployment of Transports to environments. Review EWA reports and work with team members on potential problems and issues.
