Title: Production Support Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid onsite role) Duration: Long term Position: C2C & Full time Job Description Role: Application production support Who are we looking for A junior level technical support engineer with hands on experience of, Application and production support to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain focusing on SRE/DevOps roadmap. The individual should be passionate about technology and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and/or as part of larger team. Technical Skills: 3+ years of experience in Application Production Support in Linux platform. Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill Good experience in scripting Shell, Automations Well versed with ITIL - Incident Change Release management Basic knowledge of Middleware technologies - Apache Tomcat Good experience on application monitoring tool like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Premetheus. Good experience in AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism. Good experience in DevOps CI CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, uDeploy etc Knowledge of Banking domain (preferable) Basic knowledge of Database - Oracle SQL Good understanding of Infrastructure Technologies like Linux, Windows, MW, Database Good to have knowledge of AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism. Good to have DevOps SRE, Automation, cloud knowledge.
