Domain areas include digital, supply chain, HR/Financials and Data Warehousing. Drives architectural strategy to execution. Contributor to technology roadmaps, blueprints and technology product governance affecting key business metrics including new revenue, NPS etc. Responsibilities: Design & oversight of project architecture to ensure appropriate solution and on time delivery Assesses the current state and projects prioritizations to constantly optimize the roadmaps. Develops solution designs and leads implementation efforts from an architecture perspective for all Technology Platform projects. Provides input into high-level design choices & informs technical standards, tools, platforms; must understand systems engineering principles Design / Develop implementation of end-to-end integrated solutions. Conduct strategy sessions to assist the customer to identify Return on Investment process improvements and the solutions to enable these process improvements. End to End oversight of projects to ensure appropriate solution and on time delivery. Design and apply best-of-breed, enterprise system, application and ESB solutions to meet business objectives on large-scale technology projects; evaluating impacts on integration, reliability, performance, scalability, flexibility and maintainability. Required Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science 10+ years experience In the following areas: o Developing business process frameworks (Process Decomposition, Process Flows) based on an e TOM model; including an enterprise framework (structure, classification) to manage linkage of business processes and enable re-use. o Experience in enterprise data modeling and Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) resulting in reusable artifacts; including Use Case driven analysis & design and UML diagrams depicting process flows o Strong background and demonstrated implementation of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Metadata and BPM/BPR concepts & tools o Demonstrated excellence in designing and implementing multi-tiered enterprise applications: (Shopify, GCP , KAFKA ( Pub/SUB) Predict Spring ( Retail POS), Oracle, MongoDB, DAM integrations), High Throughput Web Services, EAI Integration Middleware, integrating with SaaS based Cloud technologies o Proven experience designing, building & deploying microservices at scale using CI/CD DevSecOps methodologies. o Hands-on UML & BPMN standards and use of various UML artifacts in documenting design choices. o eCommerce and Digital Marketing Experience are a plus. o Experience in eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce, BigCommerce are a plus. o Experience with low code platforms: Appian, Salesforce and/or Microsoft PowerApps are a plus. o Experience in event driven architectures, serverless technologies and high performant architectures.
