Provide day-to-day support for databases and database applications. Upgrade and patch database management systems. Required Skills: Database design, build, configuration, implementation, and maintenance; installation, fix pack and version upgrades; develop data archiving, data purging, data partitioning, data masking and automated data refresh solutions; Database performance and SQL tuning; SQL replication; Develop and maintain High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategies; Support data center switch activities; DB2 LUW; Oracle; RHEL; Shell Scripting; Service Now; IBM data studio; BMC ctrl-M; Nagios.
