Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, particularly in absence and time & labor modules. Design and implement integration solutions that meet business objectives while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Provide expertise in SaaS HCM solutions, particularly Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to application integration architecture and HCM functional knowledge. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of integration solutions. Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed. Competencies: Digital: SaaS HCM-Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Application Integration Architecture Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: Proficiency in HCM integration architecture with the OIC platform. Strong experience in designing data extraction, transformation, and integration processes. In-depth understanding of HCM functional knowledge, with a focus on absence and time & labor modules.
