Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Developer who is proficient in developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will also have experience in DevOps practices and infrastructure management to ensure seamless deployment and operations of our applications. Responsibilities: Design, develop, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and propose technical solutions. Develop and maintain DevOps pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, or similar technologies. Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and associated infrastructure. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer, with at least [X] years of experience. Strong proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing. Experience with infrastructure management and cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or similar certifications are a plus.
