Rate: 60-65 Must Have Skill : Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) Conversation Development Experience Dialogflow experience Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) Coding in Node JS and JSON App Engine Deployment Github Experience 5+ Experience designing and implementing conversational bots for various channels (chat and voice) 5+ Experience in designing/developing user centric conversation experiences involving chat or voice 5+ Experience Integrating APIs using NodeJS, Python , JSON 5+ Experienced with Google Dialogflow, web hooks, and React Native development 5+ Experience with Google Cloud Platforms (Google Cloud Platform) Strong understanding of sentiment analysis, Intent classification, dialog flows, personality insight, Text to Speech, Speech to Text Experience in architecting and building AI powered chatbot applications using Dialogflow Experience with Jira and Github Hands on builder experience, able to learn through building and reduce solution ambiguity through targeted prototype development and testing Proficient at collaboration and building trusted relationships with cross functional teams Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving skills Ability to perform with challenging timelines Should document and share the knowledge.
