Strong SQL coding (T-SQL and other ANSI-compliant SQL) experience with performance optimization experience for data queries. Understands different data models like normalized, de-normalized, stars, and snowflake models. Candidates with ETL (SSIS and other Microsoft data technologies) experience preferred.
