| HI Title : SAP Transformation Manager Location Time Zone: PST US Remote Duration of Contract: 6 months with possible extension Travel requirements: Up to 30% Position Overview: We have a project to integrate the current ERP landscape of 10 ERP systems into 2 systems, one for each of our business units- Ventilators and Respiratory Diagnostics. This will require the effective execution of the Implementation phase during FY24 and FY25. A critical success factor will be the transformation of our business functions as we transition from the current ERP systems into the 2 selected ERP systems- SAP and JDE. To support this, we have identified the requirement for a SAP Transformation Manager to ensure the business functions are structured with the required capabilities to support SAP ERP systems during and post-implementation. The SAP Transformation Manager is responsible for leading the business deployment of the ERP transformation strategy. The Transformation Manager will evaluate the current business team's capability to support and improve SAP systems and provide a gap analysis and resolution plan. The Transformation Manager will oversee the training of personnel to super use and SME levels and support the recruitment of personnel to bridge any gaps. Primary Responsibilities: Evaluate the business teams SAP capability/understanding Provide gap analysis and resolution plan. Train personnel to super user and SME levels. Support the recruitment of personnel to bridge any gaps. Lead for SAP Vision business implementation and management. Ensure transformation alignment with the Vision PMO and Executive Leadership. Qualifications / Experience: 5+ Years Medical Devices Manufacturing Experience 10+ Years of experience managing manufacturing plants with SAP ERP 5+ Years of experience with Materials Management using SAP ERP 5+ Years of experience with Supply Chain Management using SAP ERP 5+ Years of experience in Production Planning using SAP ERP 15+ Years of experience Transitioning from Legacy ERP to SAP ERP Must be fluent in English (Read/Write). Must have strong leadership skills and a record of deployment of complex system integrations in large global organizations. Extensive project management skills and the ability to work independently and meet deliverables on time and in full. Working knowledge of general enterprise resource planning data structures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High accuracy and attention to detail are essential requirements for this position. Ability to influence to interact with persons at all levels, comfortable working cooperatively with other functions and indirectly leading team members in a matrixed environment. Must have demonstrated change management abilities. Must be an effective leader who can drive SAP implementation projects through Total Quality Management methodology.
