Job Summary: As a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant at TCS, you will leverage your expertise to drive effective planning solutions for our clients. With a focus on Workday Adaptive Planning, you will play a critical role in requirements gathering, design, and implementation, ensuring seamless integration with Workday HCM. Your responsibilities will encompass technical documentation, impact analysis of product releases, issue resolution, and providing support to users. Preferred experience in scripting Custom Cloud Data Sources (CCDS) and Custom Cloud Loaders (CCL), as well as familiarity with Tableau and Adaptive APIs, will be advantageous. (Contract) Role: - Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant Location: Dallas, TX / Austin, TX Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Essential Skills: Minimum of 2+ years of functional experience with Workday Adaptive Planning. Total work experience of 5+ years in related fields. Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of planning solutions. Thorough knowledge of Adaptive components: Modeling, Integrations, Access Rules, and Reporting. Ability to integrate Workforce Planning solutions with Workday HCM effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive attitude towards issue resolution and user support. Preferred experience in scripting CCDS and CCL. Bonus points for familiarity with Tableau, Multi-Instance structures, and Adaptive APIs.
