USC/GC/EAD Location: Washington DC 100% ONSITE REQUIRED Info. Mgmt. System- Promotes initiative-taking approaches leveraging technology to solve business needs, implement policies, and ensures continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization, provides leadership role and actively participates in all systems lifecycle activities Bachelors degree in relevant business or technical field and 5 or more years relevant experience. (Functional position) Minimum of 4 years experience serving as a Senior Financial Systems Manager related to providing senior level system support and analysis related to process improvement activities, projects/system enhancements and/or upgrades in the public and/or private sector, Federal, State or Local governments or in another specialized area as defined by a task order. This is a functional and professional position that provides planning, development, implementation, documentation and support for the organization's PeopleSoft Human Capital Management systems applications. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science/Engineering or Information Systems Management Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or higher with experience working with application modules. Skills in MS Word, Excel, Structured Query Language (SQL), Visio. Minimum of four (4) years of experience in systems analysis in a web application environment or similar work on applications in a PeopleSoft environment.
