Position: Identity Services Specialist (Active Directory) Location: Local to Boston or Providence, RI Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: Target 3+ yrs of experience Troubleshooting Active Directory Domain Services Troubleshooting Active Directory Federation Services Troubleshooting Active Directory Certificate Services Independently performs day to day operation of identity and directory services technologies in support of enterprise identity, authentication, and authorization services (such as Microsoft AD,Identity Federation,PKI,MFA). These operational activities include monitoring ticket queues and responding to incident tickets received from the service desk as well as processing change requests and resolving technology issues. Day to day support activities could include: Setting up users with Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) Troubleshooting access to Password Management application Account issues vary from restoring accounts, fixing issues with Single Sign On (SSO) Troubleshooting Active Directory Domain Services Troubleshooting Active Directory Federation Services Troubleshooting Active Directory Certificate Services Solid verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal Skills Ability to coordinate activities with team members and other stakeholders. Excellent customer service skills. Must have a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently or on a team Ability to multi-task and change priorities with effective results. Working familiarity with operating systems, application development, directory services. Experience working with powershell framework/scripting.
