This role involves understanding business processes and requirements related to product development, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for implementation within Teamcenter. The Functional Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing support of Teamcenter solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to product development processes. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration settings within Teamcenter. Configure Teamcenter modules and workflows to support business processes and improve efficiency. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system integration testing (SIT) and user training phases. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Teamcenter applications and integrations. Document functional specifications, configuration settings, and user guides for reference and training purposes. Stay updated with new features and enhancements in Teamcenter software and recommend improvements to existing processes. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Teamcenter PLM software. Proficiency in configuring Teamcenter modules, workflows, and data models. Strong understanding of product development processes and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ability to document functional specifications and user guides. Knowledge of CAD software and integration with Teamcenter is a plus. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
