| Power BI Analyst Hybrid 4 days remote one day onsite 8 years genuine experience guy needs Job Specifications: 1. Receive data collections and data elements and load the data into the Power BI data inventory 2. Develop guidelines for dashboards, reports, and data visualization 3. Perform data analysis based on MSDE data reporting guidelines 4. Create complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders (public) 5. Develop report archives for historical reference and long-term, secure storage and retention (< 7 years) 6. Develop report and dashboard templates in accordance with MSDE branding initiatives 7. Analyze data received from various agencies and transform the data to meet the business and technical needs of the end-user 8. Upload data into the Power BI application and perform data validation 9. Ensure data accuracy and completeness 10. Adhere to data security and privacy best practices 11. Perform data quality checks to validate data accuracy. 12. Provide weekly status reports which include, but are not limited to: a. Tasks Completed b. Tasks Planned c.
