From: Danish, Han Staffing [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Marketing Data Privacy Analyst Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: We are searching for a Data Privacy Analyst (Jr. to Sr. level) that's looking to strengthen their privacy experience, help mature a privacy program, and contribute to creating meaningful and actionable business processes. The Privacy Analyst's responsibilities include helping lead, manage, and execute our global privacy operations for Digital Marketing. He/she must be comfortable with managing an integrated global framework for data protection, privacy, and compliance. This role will work closely with the Sr. Privacy Program Manager, and it provides visibility to other business areas, Legal Privacy, and more. A strong candidate should be able to demonstrate strong project or program management skills for organizing information, breaking down complex problems, and working effectively in situations involving uncertainties. Working across all stakeholders to put in Privacy compliance checks in the processes - ABX, Email/Phone communications, Content Syndicated and Paid Leads, ets., create training and reference documents, train users, etc. Manage any user queries and privacy cases opened for any situation of communication, file uploads, new system process or new tool. Understand and analyse case, provide recommendations, help in learning and timely resolution of all cases. Key Responsibilities: Consult with Privacy Teams or Legal Privacy as necessary to advise internal clients and stakeholders on privacy cases such as PII protection, compliance, and other legal aspects of information security Align privacy initiatives in the Business Units (BUs) to support privacy and business corporate rules (BCR) to help Cisco remain compliant with data privacy laws and regulations globally (e.g., site level cookies, email marketing, events, data/systems/platform governance, etc.) Manage and maintain the Privacy knowledgebase within Marketing (e.g., update internal privacy (community) site with content Knowledge on Event management and email and phone communications Implement, manage, and drive adoption of upcoming data privacy regulations Review and provide input to changes related to Ciscos Privacy policies or guidelines Assist on privacy related matters when necessary for mergers and acquisition data integration in Cisco in partnership with the Privacy Office or Legal Counsels Manage Privacy Data Subject Rights cases to review, analyze and take actions in Marketing systems as per the need Perform privacy program assessments to gauge the effectiveness of the privacy program within Marketing Deliver privacy program services on behalf of the Privacy Office, e.g., training, testing of privacy controls and vendor management program Partner with the Privacy Office and Legal Counsels to ensure compliance of privacy policies and procedures across marketing Understand basic data flows across systems to review privacy checks and provide recommendations Perform User Acceptance Testing on various new features or other enhancements related to Privacy requirements implemented on the website, One Trust or other systems Offer solutions and assistance with Privacy Readiness, e.g., delivering gap analysis assessments Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) to incorporate privacy protection throughout the development life cycle of new business initiatives, acquisitions, products, and technology Employ data discovery techniques of data mapping and inventorying to identify where appropriate protections should be applied Required Qualifications: 2+ yrs. dedicated privacy analyst experience or privacy adjacent responsibilities 2+ yrs. of experience working with a multi-disciplined environment / cross-functional team Strong critical thinking or analytical skills to deduce the real problem and find solution for business. Working knowledge of risk and compliance management Strong communication (written and oral), team player with great interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of English language (written and oral) Excellent presentation skills with working knowledge of MS Office Tools.
