You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into functional specifications, configure Workday modules, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR and finance processes, coupled with technical proficiency in Workday. Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Workday functionality and processes. System Configuration: Configure Workday modules (such as HCM, Finance, Payroll) to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and system capabilities. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure successful implementation of system enhancements, patches, and upgrades. Validate configuration changes to ensure accuracy and functionality. End User Support: Provide ongoing support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries related to Workday functionality. Develop and deliver user training as needed. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and streamline workflows. Data Analysis: Utilize Workday reporting and analytics tools to generate insights and support decision-making processes. Develop custom reports and dashboards as needed. Documentation and Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users as required. Vendor Management: Liaise with Workday support and third-party vendors to escalate and resolve issues, track system enhancements, and stay abreast of platform updates and releases. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Workday implementation and support. Strong understanding of HR and finance processes, with experience in configuring Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, and Payroll. Proficiency in Workday Studio, Report Writer, and other Workday tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Workday certification(s) preferred.
