Job Title: Technical Project Manager/ OSP Location: Hybrid(Philadelphia, PA OR Mount Laurel, NJ) Client: Comcast Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead and contribute to cross-functional project teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with OSP Design Engineers, providing support in tracking, reporting, and analysing key metrics for numerous projects. Utilizing your expertise in Excel and data analysis, you will extract and process milestone data to facilitate informed decision-making and project progress evaluation. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting project insights and performance dashboards to senior management. Responsibilities: Host and facilitate cross-functional project meetings to gather updates on fiber builds and final activations. Collaborate with diverse teams to collect project status updates and maintain accurate project tracking. Ensure data integrity across multiple databases using tools like v-lookup and other comparison methods. Conduct data mining to generate insightful visual reports for key stakeholders. Gain proficiency in various systems, tools, and processes supporting project workflows, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements. Skills: Proven experience managing multiple fast-paced projects concurrently, demonstrating a track record of driving projects to successful completion. Skilled in maintaining focus during project meetings and adept at steering discussions back on track. Ability to track and report on project milestones, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies. Advanced proficiency in Excel for managing and analyzing large datasets. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating project updates and insights to diverse audiences. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and personable, with a passion for establishing efficient processes and workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar). Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in telecommunications or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset towards project challenges.
