You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce functionality and processes. Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories. Solution Design: Design scalable and efficient solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities to address business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with best practices and platform standards. System Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and other platform features to support business processes and automation requirements. Data Management: Manage data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data imports, exports, and cleanup activities. Develop and execute data migration plans as needed. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce enhancements, patches, and integrations. Validate system changes to ensure accuracy and functionality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce implementation and support. Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning Experience. Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
