Driver based model. Needs someone who can data manipulate forecast models using excel. This is a FP&A (financial planning & analysis). Candidate should have proficient use of excel model building and be able to take existing model and refine it. Currently to many connections and too many data sources. Manage needs this shortened with a new driver based model. Needs someone who can hit the ground running & make the current model more efficient. Get data loaded into the systems, look at financial model, which is customer based. Not looking for someone who can tell the manager whats wrong, just need someone to go do it. Must have 6-7 years FP&A modeling experience Interviews: 1, maybe 2 manager said hell know immediately when he starts asking questions if someone is blowing smoke up his butt & will also know if someone starts to bullshit about their excel experience. (his words, not minelol) Manager has not looked at any resumes submitted. Hes ignoring everything that goes in up to this point. If you need to withdraw & resubmit a better candidate do it. ---------------------------------------------- Position will require advanced forecasting and model development (focus on Revenue / subscription based cohort driver model) using Microsoft Excel functions to enhance and modernize existing model both recommending actions and implementation. Increases productivity by developing automated updates to actuals and forecast models for dynamic inputs by business partner assumptions.
