Communications skills should be excellent as this role is client facing. Note: . The project start date is 4/15/24 and the anticipated duration is for 2.5 years (ending on 10/31/26, this may go up/down based on contract changes/mod). The candidate needs to work from Oklahoma City location where client resides. We would like to finalize the candidate by end of this month including screening by Patagonia Health. We want to finalize offer letter to the candidate by 2nd week of March. Responsibilities Understand customer requirements via listening, workflow, observational studies, paper forms, and other existing forms of documentation. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and develop and implement healthcare solution strategies. Gathering critical information from meetings and JAD sessions with various stakeholders, while producing useful summaries and meeting minutes. Work closely with the product research and development team for product design and enhancement. Convert customer requirements into use cases and development requirement documents. Write test cases for the requirements. Implement User Acceptance Tests and manage client testers and results and participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions. Explain concepts and detailed requirements to the development team. Effectively communicating your results, insights, recommendations to cross-functional team members and management. Work closely with patients, clinical staff, technicians, and managerial staff as well as third-party solution providers. Review final implementation with development team. Train support and training teams on the feature Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering or another relevant field. 12+ years overall experience 5+ experience as a business analyst or equivalent role with EHR or practice management products Understanding of clinical workflow.
