Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Senior Core Java Developer
with JVM experience to
join our team in New York City. In this hands-on lead role, you will play a
pivotal part in the development and enhancement of our software solutions. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development,
with expertise in JVM
technologies. Experience in Equity Derivatives and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
is highly desirable.

Must Have: Capital Markets experience /
Equities Trading experience
.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based
applications.

Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality
deliverables.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and
translate them into technical solutions.

Implement best practices in software development, including
code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to
continuously improve our systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Extensive experience in Java development, including hands-on
expertise with JVM technologies.

Proven track record of leading and delivering complex
software projects.

Strong understanding of Equity Derivatives is preferred.

Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a major
plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
